I'm not that interested in that stuff to spend much time reading about it every day.
I bought a new game on Steam the other day because it was on sale for $1. Played it for half an hour, then it got too hard and I gave up. Add it to the pile of other games I gave up on for the same reason. :lol

I just don't understand what they were trying to achieve with any part of the song, either individually or as a whole. You know what? It's the Platypus of Dream Theater songs. That bill doesn't go with that tail, or that strange little furry body, or those webbed feet, and oh god why does it have venomous spurs!? And then you find out it lays eggs too. The difference is that the Platypus is somehow functional despite being a crazy mishmash or leftover animal pieces

Hey, guys.

It's been an eventful week here in the hef household.  In a sign of increasing age, I had to wear a heart monitor for 48 hours earlier this week.  Monday night, we finalized summer vacation plans.  Tuesday evening we attended a county-wide art show at the Performing Arts Center downtown, where my youngest daughter (now 14) had a watercolor piece entered (only one from her school!).  Tonight, she has a music recital with her band from school. 

Yesterday I got a raise at work, and found out about my bonus.

Saturday we head out to meet an old work friend to go over music for her wedding (my wife and I will be doing the honors).

So, you know, nothing out of the ordinary here.
