Struggling the balance or work and my dad at rehab. We have to rearrange is first floor so he can sleep downstairs. Otherwise not bad. I'm just gassed from work, the dad situation. I can't wait until May when we go to RoSfest.

I know what you mean about vacation though. Not that I have anything that intense going on in my life right now, but I've got a long weekend in VT with friends coming up in early April and I feel like I'm just trying to hold on until I get there.

I am so bored at work. I completed everything to do on my trip, yet I am still here until Friday. My boss totally mismanaged this as I warned him. My work queue at home is stacking up so much and I am stuck here just twiddling my thumbs. It could be worse, but I feel like I should have gone home today to save the company money and to actually be productive. Oh well, I am just refreshing multiple ticket resale websites today to hopefully scoop up a decent priced ticket for the red hot chili peppers at the staples center tonight. Or tomorrow night too, but tonight looks cheaper probably being Tuesday.

Yea, I really dont want to sit in the rafters. Having sat up there for basketball games, I know how far away you are and that's not worth 200+ $

So I posted on the facebook event page for tonight's concert asking for a fair prices ticket... some lady messages me, she is going to sell me a dead center midlevel ticket for under face value (100 compared to 116 she paid). Working out the transfer now

Apparently there is an app for digital tickets for the Staples center and a way of transferring tickets that way.

also the transfer isn't complete so I'm still a bit worried this isn't legit even though we are talking on facebook and she seems very real from her profile and the way she is talking to me. I just can't help naturally feel like I am being scammed when a deal is too good.

I went to the RHCP's facebook page and went to events, well just had to scroll down since the event is today. Clicked the event and there's a public wall to post. I just asked for a ticket. Someone commented saying message me. I clicked her name and we began talking. So the transaction is complete now. I paypaled her $100 and she sent me the ticket digitally using the Flash Seats app which I had to download and research quickly (it's legit for tickets at Staples Center). She subscribed to me on youtube

Anyway, I just refreshed stubhub and theres a ticket in the row behind me, $171 after fees. I think I got a great deal and a met a nice lady, pretty great day so far (also the weather is fantastic).

Dad got me a waterproof onesie

So Today I went out riding in jeans, T shirt, biking boots, that waterproof overall, waterproof Jacket and my armoured biking jacket, thick thick warm gloves and helmet of course.

If I didn't have to keep lifting my visor to dispel the breath fog - i'd have been snug as a bug !

But I was driving home at night and any time a car came the other way - I had to almost stop and look straight down as I cannot see shit with their headlights on me.

Not fun on the back roads. Not so bad on main roads.

Cram, seeing the RHCP in LA would be awesome!
I saw them in Boston in 95/96 on the One Hot Minute tour and they were awesome! Not a fan, really, but I loved that album.

Nice, I saw them as a freshman in PSU in 2003. I honestly didn't think they were great live, specifically the vocals. The band is great, Flea is amazing. However, I understand Kiedis has gotten way better live. The run of Californication - By The Way - Stadium Arcadium is really great (Frusciante on guitar), but I don't particularly love the earlier stuff nor the newest stuff (although Go Robot is an awesome song). I think seeing them in their home sold out huge venue should be awesome, I know they have a really awesome stage show as my friend who saw them at MSG a few weeks ago showed me. Plus a varying set list so who knows what we will get tonight

Those are pretty nice! I have a two piece but the problem with is that it would get crazy hot with it on.
