Fewer emails this morning, and I don't know if the boss is making her way in today or not. Weather is nice right now, though rain is in the offing for later.

Just another day on the grind.

EDIT: Welp, boss will likely be gone the rest of the week...she had some mishap with her eye, details are sparse. Last I heard was either a torn or detached retina, but she's been uncharacteristically silent about it. Strange...

Morning peeps.  Other half has jury duty today..  Meaning I've the house to myself till I go to work!  But...  I have business to take care of at the courthouse..  So instead of spending the beginning of my day sleeping... I'm getting my ass  showered  and going to head out there to meet her for lunch and then take care of my Shit.  Yay adulting!

I feel so refreshed, after waking up at 3am and then going to bed finally at midnight (EST time) I managed to get a good nights sleep and back to work today and now my trip out here should ease up since I busted ass yesterday to get the high priority work done. I'm feeling good

I got the job this morning that I was interviewing for!

I came in for the panel interview, met with 5 people I met with the initial manager who would be my boss and he offered the job to me on the spot. I'm blown away both because I got the job right away and that it's at a much higher pay rate than expected, almost double my current salary.

After three straight months of rejection after rejection I feel pretty good.
