I haven't had issues in the past, but noticed slowness just nowish and was thinking maybe the wifi sucks here (which it kind of does too). But everything else is working fine except this site is slow and after what you guys are saying, I guess maybe that's the case

Firing this dude went smoother than I thought, minus the fact that he refused to sign his termination paperwork and walked out. He went ahead and called the main office, spoke with the owner of the company, and tried to make out the events that lead to his termination as fabricated by me. The owner shut that shit down real quick.

Glad it wasn't too much of an issue Jay. I fired an older woman who made it rain the lobby of the hotel with the termination paperwork

What's happening guys? I'm full blown sick, not the worst thing in the world, just hope I feel better for the weekend.

It's a normal reaction. What we do is suspend the employee first then let them know they are fired after they leave to not cause issues since its not our building.

I've seen the company do that in the past as well. I think this was more of a situation where the owner just wanted him out asap. The dude was a cancer to my team.

Yep. As soon as you see some money that's not good for the team you got to get rid of them. I had a whole shift sour on a supervisor who is really good who soured at the end. I gutted it the whole shift.

Not my first choice but it had to be done.

Same here, finally escaped work to grab something. Last full day in Denver and scrambling to get all more work done. One thing I will miss about work travel is the free food though. $30 per meal but maybe what I like best is that there is a really upscale mall close by so I typically go there for lunch at the food court and there are sooo many milfs. It's amazing, young fit beautiful moms in leggings. I think I enjoy the sights more than the free food.

I have been trying to eat my lunch for the last half hour. It decided to get busy just as I started nuking it, and as soon as I FINALLY finished heating it up, the mother of one of my employees (and mother of a soon to be employee), who lives in the community here, came by and chatted for a bit. I wouldn't hesitate to put her in that category
