I just don't understand what they were trying to achieve with any part of the song, either individually or as a whole. You know what? It's the Platypus of Dream Theater songs. That bill doesn't go with that tail, or that strange little furry body, or those webbed feet, and oh god why does it have venomous spurs!? And then you find out it lays eggs too. The difference is that the Platypus is somehow functional despite being a crazy mishmash or leftover animal pieces

Good Morning peeps.

So this whole cough and having no voice sucks.  If this shit persists through to my next payday, I am going to go find a way to see a doctor.  Pretty sure it's just laryngitis caused by bronchitis caused by a cold I had 2 weeks ago. Everything I've read said it should go away on its own... but that doesn't make this any less annoying.

And to top it off, my dumbass coworker today can't seem to process that I am whispering because I can't talk, not because we need to whisper. It's only 7:20 AM and both conversations we've had ended with me telling him he doesn't have to whisper to me.

Concert was nuts last night, it downpoured but I had a seat under the shed up close so I was fine, sat next to some awesome people.  Incubus's setlist could have been much better, but they were still good. 

It's cloudy here but not supposed to rain which is good because I'm headed to an early concert at the jersey shore tonight so I'll also be outside all day.  311 with New Politics and The Skints  :yarr :metal :hat

I'm still debating if I'm going to go here. I looked at the setlist and it wasn't that great.
