This is from a survey app I used a few years back.

I've actually made 'cereal milk' creme brulee, soaking froot loops in cream overnight then making the brulee.

And yes, it was as good as it sounds.

Chocolate brulees are a dime a dozen. Now a capn crunch berry one, that's the ticket.

Maybe I'll just make them all, and then videotape myself eating them and telling you all how delicious they are.

If Waffle Crisps were still around...

I had one appetizer on a menu, 'chicken and waffles' where it was a waffle cone filled with chicken nuggets tossed in spicy maple syrup.

It was much, much better than it sounds. And it sounds amazing.

I had this discussion with someone on Facebook over the weekend.  She posted something about MTV's anniversary, and I commented that MTV had died about 25 years ago.  The last thing I remember watching was the Boston season of The Real World, which apparently was 1997.

Wow.. The Real World! I had given up on MTV by the time that came around and had no idea such a show existed, but somehow while flipping channels I got sucked in to Season 2 (LA) and ended up watching most of 3 (SFO?) before I realized what crap it was.

But then I knew one of the gals in 4 (London) so watched most of that season.

Huh I just looked her up on a whim and found out she:

* holds the Guinness Record for longest bungee jump.
* is the daughter of international bestselling Fantasy author Margaret Astrid Lindholm Ogden (aka Megan Lindholm, aka Robin Hobb).

It's been around forever, but I always chuckle at that pole dancer/shovel saleswoman picture.

Gotta be careful with trivia from IMDB bios.  There are probably half a dozen different highest/longest bungee jump records, and it doesn't appear that Kat Ogden holds any of them.  She doesn't even mention it on her personal website.   :)

Of course, but just the fact that she has an IMDb bio is pretty cool.

Not sure why her high school is listed as biographical info. Other than it is a fact, I. Not sure why it is noteworthy. And I guess this gives away where I went to school.

And that Home Depot picture is definitely timeless.
