Unless that Target was managed by someone with a Trump-level IQ, the cash cassettes were pulled out of those things before they closed the store down. My understanding is that they knew enough to send the employees home early, so they should have been able to secure the valuables. And if there's a Clinton level manager, he's probably chilling in Barbados right now; 12 mangled cassettes strewn about the self checkout area. "What do you mean?  I thought Bill secured the registers!"
