My favorite was OCC guys yelling at each other.  Several panels, so something like cohesive arguments could almost play out, in case that actually mattered to people.

In the expression "rape victim", the word "rape", while normally a verb, functions as an adjective.  It describes what kind of victim they are.

The wording is ambiguous because "rape" could still be a verb here.  "We need more volunteers to help us rape these victims".

It's subject to two interpretations:  (1) volunteers are needed to help victims of rape (obviously, this was the intent of the headline, and "victims" is the object of the verb "help," and "rape" functions as an adjective that modifies "victims"); (2) volunteers are needed to assist in the raping of victims (in this interpretation, "rape" is a verb, and "victims" is the object of that verb, and "help" serves as a helping vert).  Read it the same way you would read the sentence, "More volunteers are needed to help wrap gifts."

But...if it requires that much explanation....
