But Kotow is right .
Only King could mis-spell a LETTER.
Yep. I think the only party in the MP/DT situation that hasn't moved on is DTF.
Definately Comedy.Used to enjoy comedies when I was younger, now I'm very selective and barely watch any comedy films - all these Stiller, Sandler, Ferrell, Gervais, Jack Black, Rogen films - won't touch them with a bargepole.
I don't think it's so much that I've lost a taste for any particular genre, but most genres have turned to complete shit in Hollywood these days. Action, scifi, comedy, horror, I basically can't stand Hollywood attempt them now (especially comedy). They're so homogeneous and either watered down or trying too hard to be over the top.
I agree completely. I don't even enjoy watching those Hollywood action types of movies anymore. I would much rather find some independent film with obscure humor or check out some film noir. As far as what many people here have said, I agree with horror as well. They're all the same these days. I would much rather watch Nosferatu or the original Phantom of the Opera. Those are excellent movies to watch.

I find modern action movies are an assault on the senses, just a bunch of endless explosions with no context in reality to ground it.If I want to watch action/comedy, I'll stick to the greats of the '80s/'90s. For horror/gore, I'll go with something from Japan/Asia. If I want scifi, I'll go foreign/indie. There's a ton of great stuff if you take the time to dig around.
Action movies. I know it's broad term but I'm talking about those all-action movies. I used to like them as a kid but I don't think I could sit through another Steven Seagal movie or something.
I think Ricky Gervais is hilarious.
Zydar is my new hero. I just laughed so hard I nearly shat.

The Nutty Professor isn't bad. Not on the same level as the rest, but still ok.
The Golden Child needs to be added to that list.
Hef is right on all things. Except for when I disagree with him. In which case he's probably still right.

Superhero movies in particular are wearing really thin for me. There's just far too many these days.
