Set Fire to the Hive is just a very polarizing song among Karnivool fans. Personally cannot say that I am a huge fan of the band overall though.

Definitely give a shot at those sound clip snippets if you can :tup sounds like fun

Any idea how I could do it? I'll have to research the best way to record, edit and upload them. I'm not sure what the best way to do it would be?? I'll work it out.

I've given a listen to the first 4 songs and so far we 3/4 with really cool sounding songs, the round is looking promising so far  :tup

There's this website people used for the DT singing game but I don't remember the name. It has a green layout and is basically the imgur.com of audio messages

Cheers,  I might seriously try this.

You may all live to regret it though. I don't have a terrible voice but I'll probably end up singing in some ridiculous way or really over the top as a defence mechanism against your potential criticism  :rollin

Keep on  :corn baby!

I can imagine that it is, yes. And I don't find SFTTH to be a bad song at all, but every 'proper' track (all apart from When the Medicine Wears Off) on Sound Awake is just better and more interesting. And there's tracks like Deadman, Umbra and New Day that are just miles ahead. I don't know how you can think SFTTH is better than those masterpieces. But yeah, I'm a fan of the band indeed.
Hey dude slow the fuck down so we can finish together at the same time.

Deadman is definitely the highpoint of their career, probably even my favorite Karnivool song

I hope you will do them without the tracks themselves in the background, my sing-along round song will make you look like the biggest fool :lol

It will be just my vocal alone. I don't want to make it too easy  :lol

If no one can guess with just my vocal alone I'll either give some hints or maybe do it again with the actual track, at that point.

Hey, what's the "EP Round" mean?

Sorry, that's me assuming everyone knew what I meant. A few of the guys doing recent roulettes have ended with an EP round. Basically you have to create your own EP, I'll probably limit to 40 minutes or something. You can use as many bands as you wish and use multiple songs by the same artist. The idea is to create an EP that flows well, it can have a specific theme if you wish and it will be rated not only on the quality of the songs but the flow and how the songs compliment each other.

I don't know who originally came up with the idea but it's a great way to end a roulette I feel. By the last round there will only be 4 of you left so I won't be swamped with too much music. I've never lasted long enough to compete in one but it's a cool idea.

425 came up with the idea originally but i was the one who went and made it about the EP as a whole as much as the individual songs, i think, i don't think anybody else did that first at the very least

i'll prob send after work today i don'r have anything lined up for the open rounds yet so

So just waiting on Parama, Scorpion and Sacul.

After one listen to each song so far this may be the strongest round yet. One song left such a good impression that it may be song of the roulette so far. First impressions will be up as soon as I get the last few songs  :tup

Keep it all coming guys, this and the new Avenged Sevenfold is my weekend listening  :corn

Think I've only given three listens so far but I'm really enjoying it.

Sooooooo, just waiting on Sacul. I'll give loads of listens when I get home tonight and maybe do hangman or something. This round may take me a little longer to get results up as the average song length is a lot longer. It's a really promising round so far  :tup

Yeah but the long song from Meta is not very good imo, would rather go with Sgurr Eilde Mor. Though I think some of their shorter songs are better
