I agree, but I didn't want someone to get ticked that I didn't give them a heads up about an animal tumbling down a cliff.

I worked with a lady years ago who loved deer and hated the idea of anyone harming them (ignoring the fact that they are stupid and run out in front of cars all the time), so you just never know. Then again, she loved the Kardashians, so she couldn't be trusted.

I still don't get why they go out of their way to find "the" alligator to put it down. Because that was the mean one? Had it been another alligator, he would have lifted her to safety out of the water? Seriously.

Once the gator knows it can take down a human and has that taste for human flesh, it's going to try again. Anyone fishing or having a picnic by the lake will be in danger. That's why they have "don't feed the gators" signs. Like a stray cat, they'll keep coming back for more, and eventually have a bigger appetite. Relocating it won't solve the problem so they have to kill it.
