Alright, we have our top five. Which is pretty good, in my opinion. Just one more to go to get to our surviving four. I think there are two songs that make sense to vote for, but between them I'm going to go for

The most overrated Maiden song ever. And before you go "it's not overrated, it's actually underrated", I speak from my personal experience. I think about 95% of so many Maiden fans I privately know either absolutely adore this song or really like it. I honestly never got it. What's so special or catchy about it?

The verses are the catchiest thing about the song... they're fast, spitted out in a wicked and disillusioned way, the chorus is good enough and the song is short and the point, never losing momentum.

It's considered underrated because it was never played live and was basically forgotten, but yeah, it could be a weird case where everyone agrees that it's underrated (by the band) to the point that it becomes universally loved.

It's fucking amazing, and quite original my Maiden's standards.  3 minutes of all out power metal.  And it's certainly not overrated.
