I still think this album cover is hideous but it's one of my favorite electronic music albums. Lots of acoustic instruments as usual from Shpongle (flutes, acoustic and electric guitars, some real drum and bass in there as well). Every song/segment flows seamlessly into the next, a journey through different types of music, continents and cultures. Simon Posford is just a genius in my book.

Am too lazy to browse each individual pic so I'll just post the whole week here. Well, last week, I'll comment on some I didn't already :P

Whatever: whatever/10

Idmen: Definitely more original than most prog, no, just metal out there. Very interesting of world music and tribal sounds with very aggressive and dynamic music. Closest band I can think of is Riverside but these guys got a sound much of their own.

Innuendo: I really love the title track, and kinda expected the rest of the album to be like is. Ohdamn  :lol It's a good record, and will prob revisit it, but I guess I'll just have to accept the title track and the rest of the album feel almost like they were from two different records.

Lighghtghthghthgghttgh: Mnnn quite interesting, colorful, sugar-ish... dream/folk/pop? Cool roulette stuff.

Ceremonials: And more roulette stuff. I love Seven Devils, and the album kinda doesn't really go into that direction most of the time? Dunno, it's nice chamber pop stuff so I guess I'll give it more chances.

Long Season: I feel this is slowly growing on me, and may eventually love it. It's really a wonderful, very joyful song without being cheesy at all. Very atmospheric and dreamy, and kinda experimental without being pretentious.

That Symphonity album was one of the better ones from the B&B podcast.

The worst Dio easily.  I just try and put it on once in awhile just out of respect.

Indeed it is, but it's not my favorite by them.

Though Pyromania might be my favorite from DL.

Roger Waters - Is this the life we really want?

Damn. He still comes off bitter and aggressive, I'm on my second listen and it's very exciting. Some of it is calm and beautiful, some of it extremely noisy.

Too Late For Love is one of my favorite DL songs - my favorite being Answer to the Master. Hysteria is probably my favorite album. There are so many good songs on that album.
