Been a LONG time since I last listened to this. Still a great album and I stand by that

honestly this is better than i remember it being on first listen, may have to check this one out too at some point (i already ordered lazarus because i gave up trying to find out whether or not i like it lol)

Wow I deliberately didn't play you anything from this album because it has way more alternative metal tendencies than the others, thought you wouldn't like that. Anyway, this is the album that got me into Hacride and my personal favourite.

I thought it was alright, but man, it's such a fucking exhausting listen. The singer is one hell of a vocalist but I wish he'd just take a chill pill, he is all over the place with the high and low growls.

Another gem thanks to the Spotify 'Discover weekly' playlist. There are some serious Mars Volta high notes hit on this album. Check it out if you're a TMV fan

Second Sight Blackout is such a blast! I've sent it in roulettes pretty regularly. Great EP, but they are no longer together and this is the only release worth checking out to be honest.

I did have it on my list to send you some time but didn't really go through with it, it was rather low on my list since I thought you might not like it, but it's great that you do. The chorus ius incredibly C&C-influenced in my opinion, which is why I thought of sending it

Well as I said it has serious Mars Volta vibes and although I like a bit of TMV, I wouldn't consider myself a huge fan or anything so I can see why you might not have sent them. Yea, I like this, I did a bit of research and it seems the album that followed this EP wasn't so well received. I'll spin this until I tire of it  free download on Bandcamp as well.

Yep, the live albums thread made me do it. I love how they change up what the narrator says on the 'Dark Matters' part of this live album. "Good evening dorks, pick your hands off your peckers and lend an ear, what will be revealed in the next 50 minutes will make you crap your pants then lay down some fresh skidders!"

some solid death metal with a lot of symphonic stuff going on. i like it but i also don't really have any desire to relisten to it, it's kind of like, the junk food of death metal

also the band is japanese and that comes through at a few points so that's cool

another symphonic death metal type affair & probably more enjoyable than the previous one i listened to but at the same time it's still not thaaat unique in any way & again I doubt I'd relisten to it
