Still not sure why anybody would listen to multiple albums at once...

I don't. I didn't post them all at once. I listened them one by one and edited my post, instead of posting 6 times.  ;)

I'm not too sure what the problem is here.

I love this album. It got slated hard when it came out and I avoided it for quite a few years. I liked it a lot more than I thought I would. It was the album that made me decide not to listen to the critics or certain magazines album reviews.

Also, for the record I love the wall of sound that listening to 6 albums at once brings  :lol

Chuck, what are your thoughts on Skeleton Tree?
Dark, depressing, beautiful. But I need more listens. I only listened to it once.

Ok thank you Chuck.

I tried MV a few years ago. Not really my thing.

Cool though. I'd seen that album cover posted before. In fact, half the album covers ITT are just pictures!

Try "The Boatman's Call".

Edit: Hahaha I thought you were the guy who asked me about Skeleton Tree, so I just recommended you a Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds album. I also don't like The Mars Volta.

Okay, so I had no idea they were touring. So I looked online and saw that they are playing in my city on November 10th, alongside with Enslaved and Oceans of Slumber. I immediately bought a ticket. :metal :metal :metal

Glad to be of service. They are touring with Oceans of Slumber (which was kind of a big selling point for me) here in the UK but I wish I was able to see Enslaved as well  :censored :censored :censored

Took me some convincing from home's score on the iamthemorning song, albeit from a different album. But I'm finally checking out the self-titled because Monsters was such an awesome song.

As for the others, GIAA's latest album: It's pretty damn dark compared to their other work and has some significantly more heavy material on it, been playing it a lot lately and it's another amazing album by this band that is quickly becoming one of my absolute favorites.

Twelve Foot Ninja and The Dear Hunter: They're both new releases and still need some more time with them. Can say for sure that TDH will end up somewhere on top of my 2016 albums list though, and TFN probably not, it's a cool record but apart from a few standouts pretty linear.
people on this board are actual music fans who developed taste in music and not casual listeners who are following current fashion trends and listening to only current commercial hits.
