Odyssey is the first Yngwie album I ever heard and is what turned me into a JLT fan as well.

That's a shame. Personally she's one of my favorite female artists, but I could see her music not being for everyone.

Great album. One of only two that I have and like from the RHCP.

Johnny Kick A Hole In The Sky  :metal
would have thought the same thing but seeing the OP was TAC i immediately thought Maiden or DT related
Winger Theater Forums........or WTF.  ;D
TAC got a higher score than me in the electronic round? Honestly, can I just drop out now? :lol

I never liked RHCP much (Under The Bridge drove me bonkers ........played every second song all day on college radio) but I was a fan of their cover of Higher Ground.  Can't remember much about the rest of the album but I did like that more guitar heavy approach.

My college roommate had Mother's Milk and it grew on me. Never cared for much else by them but I do love One Hot Minute. It's actually quite heavy.

Are you getting carried away with your kings?   Nordic Union?  Northern Kings?  Or is there a Nordic Kings that I don't know about?

followup:
canvas solaris: don't think I care for this as much as the atomized dream. dunno. feels messier and less refined, and the epic is pretty lame tbh
mouth of the architect: solid post metal and there's some cool moments and riffs but I don't feel too strongly about it, at least not yet.
the ocean: inferior to pelagial but that's not saying much. still quite good, though the middle is a bit weak, but the last three tracks are great especially
thy catafalque: I like this, a lot, but the structure is really confusing and hinders the album. having the two long tracks at the start makes everything after feel like an afterthought even if it's all good too. blah. I like this a lot regardless and will still keep spinning it so
