i'm pretty sure it's intentional, since i feel like there's two riffs in a row that are a callback to that same bit of title track tomorrow
but uhh north shore is like the least interesting of all the main tracks to me  :lol

Yea, it's been a slow start. The new Machine Head isn't terrible, I enjoyed the new Orphaned Land and Audrey Horne.

Listening to this now:

Better than most of the other albums I've checked out so far this year.

Got high hopes for Harakiri for the Sky's new album. Mainly looking forward to the new albums from Oceans of Slumber and Frank Turner.

Awesome album. Reminds me a lot of Late 80's Fields Of The Nephilim, but a lot heavier.
would have thought the same thing but seeing the OP was TAC i immediately thought Maiden or DT related
Winger Theater Forums........or WTF.  ;D
TAC got a higher score than me in the electronic round? Honestly, can I just drop out now? :lol

Therion - Beloved Anticrhist.

Finally, I was waiting for this one.  At 3:02:53 is makes The Astonishing seem kind of short.  I love this through the first 14 tracks.  But with 46 total, I have a long way to go.

:lol After you're done with that, you should listen to this next: https://itunes.apple.com/us/album/the-rise-and-fall-of-bossanova-a-13-23-32-song/1171677162

Seriously though, I think 2 hours is the peak amount of time an album can hold my attention. After that, you should really just release the discs separately.

The Ultimate Sin is an album that's grown on me more over time. I always liked it, but now it's often my go-to Ozzy album (also I've listened to most of the rest to death :lol ).

BUT WE STILL HAVE RED DRAGON CAROUSEL RIGHT?
Only King could mis-spell a LETTER.
Yep. I think the only party in the MP/DT situation that hasn't moved on is DTF.

One interesting thing I noticed when grabbing the link for The Ultimate Sin is that on Metal Archives (where "softer" albums are normally given short shrift from the metalheads) , The Ultimate Sin - which some seem to think is a soft sellout - only rates one point  behind Diary of A Madman in terms of most highly rated in the whole  Ozzy discography.

Ozzmosis on the other hand cops it in the neck - 47% average :lol

I like Metal Archives, I think its a great site.

Ozzmosis isn't that bad either haha.

WTF Ozzmosis is awesome. But so are TUS and Diary, so eh what do I care what they think.
I don't see how TUS is a soft sellout, except obviously Shot in the Dark, which is awesome anyway.

Another band that's been on my hit list for a long time! This was pretty damn good and I'll be revisiting soon enough. Loved the female vocals in this and that's pretty rare for me.
