blut aus nord: stylistically i want to really like this album but a lot of these songs feel more like ideas that don't really get developed on rather than full songs. noisy, dissonant, cold, but relatively simple in structure and generally pretty repetitive too. i also think the ambient interlude tracks are too bare to really evoke much of anything. i've kinda consistently had trouble really getting into their music it feels like and that's a bit of a shame
suspyre: ehh, about half of this is pretty good, the other half is... fine but kinda generic prog metal fare. reign is one of the better tracks, sure, siren and the closer as well both have a lot of cool moments. apparitions has some cool stuff too but a really weak chorus. i think there's a good 45-50 minute album somewhere in here but it needed quality control, and not to be 75 minutes long
zinnschaeur: this is basically just acoustic hirsch effekt. it's good. i don't know if being acoustic is a great stylistic choice for the type of music and it took me a while to be able to distinguish the tracks but there's a lot here to enjoy, even a few surprisingly intense moments and a pretty cool level of technical skill for an album that's 95% acoustic guitar and vocals.

That's how I "discovered" Triumph.  That series of "Classics" albums were gold baby.  I've got Styx and Queen too.

Giant - Last Of The Runaways

That album and Time to Burn are still my current go-to albums. :tup (3 is pretty damn good too, but it's too short and has a couple of weaker tracks towards the end)

Top 50 album for me too Blob - consummate AOR/hard rock.

hacride - well this is pretty good. not as good as lazarus & not really in the same style either which is what put me off of it originally but taking it on its own it's a pretty solid, if a bit short and maybe colorless metal album. don't think it or anything else the band has put out matches up to lazarus though, ehh
hypno5e - i think this is an overall better album experience than meme album tomorrow but the songs here also don't "pop" like the last two songs on that album. it sort of just feels like the same song 4 times with one acoustic track in the middle. it's definitely leaning more on atmosphere and there's still some metal i like here but i'm finding it hard to really point to any parts of tracks i find that memorable
oddland - yeah i think overall this is a slight bit better than the treachery of senses, despite lacking a song as good as ire. though the heavy riff near the end of hidden is one of the best riffs i've ever heard, honestly. but yeah i feel like the songs here stand on their own a bit better than on their first album, i dig it

While Inconsolabilis EP from last year has gotten worse over time, that album you listed has cemented itself as the more alternative and straightforward metal version of the version of Hacride that I'm used to and love. It's solid, but a bit more out of my comfortzone when it comes to metal.

Shores could be my favourite Hypno5e album, just because North Shore is probably the best multi-song suite they have put out except for maybe Gehenne 1,2,3. Also not sure if it was intentional or they just recycled the same riff but the callback on In Our Deaf Lands to the Acid Mist Tomorrow titletrack is awesome.
people on this board are actual music fans who developed taste in music and not casual listeners who are following current fashion trends and listening to only current commercial hits.
