Yea, I watched "The Apple" last night and I didn't like it all. I'm almost done with "The Doomsday Machine" and I loved that episode.

Doomsday Machine is a good one. I recall The Apple being one of the more annoying cases of Kirk bring nagged by Bones into forgetting the prime directive and ruining a functional society.

My friend who is moving away had a kind of farewell party last night. It was fun and I'm glad I went. Was out til 1 so I was dead when I got home. Up at 6 with the kiddos.

It's depressing though because it's rare that I feel like part of a group. Most often, I end up in a little pocket of unnotice, but this group doesn't make me feel that way, and it was a good feeling, and the fact that I probably won't be seeing them again is really hitting me extremely hard.

Nice Prog! My test is tomorrow. It was originally going to be last week but with all the prep for moving I thought I'd move it one week. I feel super prepared though.

Colleague just walked into my office on a Monday morning and did the thing: "Hey, any idea where we ended up, do you know?"

First she's said to me since the end of the day Friday. No context, no reference, nothing. I responded, intentionally like an asshole, with a blank stare and 10 seconds of silence before she got the idea that it would be wise to let me know what the fuck she was talking about before expecting an answer.

G'morning all. A little bit sleepy after what was a fairly busy Sunday (8 mile run, brewed and kegged beer, bottled and made mead) that didn't see me really hit the couch to relax until 10:30 or so last night. Luckily today is the start of what should be a fairly quiet rest of November at the office.
