I'm trying to decide which cert to get next. It's a toss up between OSCP and ECPPT. Both will be more difficult than the CCIE but it's the direction in which I want to go.

Ethical hacking and penetration testing. I would be learning everything from programming and creating exploits in Python and C++ to carrying out full penetration attacks. The lab for the OSCP is 24 hours. The next level up, which is the OSCE, is a 48 hour lab.

But I know more about Marvel, Star Wars, Star Trek, and Tolkein than she ever will.  So it balances out.

Well, she likes the films for Star Wars, Marvel, and Tolkein, but she certainly isn't as big a fan as me, and would certainly never dare read any of the books.
