Another reason why I'm leaving my job. We had a few employees quit because, well they suck. Anyway we don't have anyone to fill the spots so the responsibility goes to me and the two other managers to fill the gaps which sucks because I now have a 16 hour day. Well I have another 16 hour day tomorrow because the other two managers couldn't make it work because they have kids, leave it to the guy who doesn't have kids to fill in because clearly his time is less valuable than mine.
