Giving up soft drinks was the easiest thing to do.
I just used to eat too many biscuits ( cookies ). I could eat a pack in a day.
I need to replace biscuits with nuts and fruit.
But this weekend my willpower has been flagging
At work there's been like chocolate around and they bought a whole load of really posh really nice cookies
Dammit !!
However all my jeans are now loose so
I don't eat like garbage on a daily basis like I used to.
Yeah I like takeaway food every once in a while but I could never have it more than twice a month.
