I've got about half an hour of quiet, and then 4pm to 6pm is our busy time of the day. Should be enough going on that time passes quickly, but I'm still able to get out right at/after 6

Yeah, it's one of the more annoying parts of my job. The last thing we do every night is validate some pricing that another company does, and we're lucky if we get it by 6pm (which is the latest they're supposed to give it to us). We were done at 5:45 and just sitting around and waiting for them for 15 or so minutes. Thankfully once we have the file it only takes us about 2 minutes to do what we do.

Overall great. Ozzy was Ozzy of course, but I didn't have unrealistic expectations there, and he's still an entertaining frontman. The rest of the band were basically flawless.
