dunno if i should send the 16-minute black metal with a lot of folk and some classic rock vibes or the 19-minute black metal with some folk and some electronic
wolf, which sounds more appetizing? ("neither" is not an option here :neverusethis:)

Thanks Ruslan  ;D

Funnily enough I discovered a new release instrumental album yesterday that I am considering switching in.........first guitar instrumental album in ages that has done anything for me.  A bit unsure whether to sub out something I am a lot more certain about though - better check out Chad's song first and see if we're on the same page with that.  being an ex shredder and instrumental hoarder myself I think we may be  :)

I think you'd like the Slash album for the mostpart Kade, it's definitely worth checking out.

I have sent my final song.

Glad you liked the Leatherwolf. They were doing the triple guitar attack before Maiden. Saw them live once back in the day and they were awesome. Always a good sign when you're struggling between which song of half a dozen to send from a band

Alright - tossed out a surefire winner and have taken up the instrumental challenge laid down by Chad.   I had promised to try and squeeze an instrumental into JJ's roulette (but didn't) so this is for you too Jay.  I discovered this too late for yours anyway.

Sented.

Sent in your Spotify inbox.

Also, think I've figured out a few more of the bonus bands, but none of which I would've planned on sending.

Awesome! We did it Dave :metal still sharing the 10th spot with you though. Myles really owns this song. I probably have to disappoint you though, this song doesn't really represent the album at all, it's a bit more rock 'n roll centered. But Myles really is the center of attention for the most part, so it's still a really enjoyable album for me.

I sent my ballsy round 6 song at an attempt to get the bonus, if it turns out this is actually not one of the bonuses I'm probably fucked.

I'm still keen to check the Slash out.  Myles can make anything sound good IMO.

Definitely.

Anything like the Enslaved will be more than welcome mate, that was a great song.

Expecting something bif instrumental wise from you Brent.

Just so everyone is aware, I have holidays booked for the 16th of June for a week, so I'm going to finish this whole thing in exactly a month from today.  Once I get all songs for this round, I will probably get results but Friday morning that way we can get right into the finals.

That seems pretty do-able with the pace you've been holding up so far, which is damn solid btw :tup

Okay, pretty strong round overall.

A couple of bonus bands have been identified and the bonuses used.  No failed bonus attempts either.  Here's a pic of the songs, with the bonus bands and songs NOT included.

Triosphere - The Heart's Dominion and Anciients - Raise the Sun are two that I see there.

Two awesome tracks, especially Raise the Sun. One of my favourite openers of all time.

The real magic isn't in predicting the songs/bands, it's in predicting who submitted them.

Lionsheart - Living in a Fantasy... Brent for sure (outside chance of Paul)
Need - Lifeknow (RJ)

I'll be back later.
