Round 7 Results:

Remember Tomorrow - 9 votes - 39.1%
Phantom of the Opera - 1 vote - 4.3%
Transylvania - 13 votes - 56.5%

Perhaps unsurprisingly, the instrumental Transylvania is voted out. It will make consolations, however, while Remember Tomorrow and Phantom of the Opera continue to the finals. Which one will take the Iron Maiden album crown?

The voting on this album so far has gone pretty closely to how I would rank this album. I would probably switch Prowler and Strange World, but otherwise I'm good with the ranking we have here. I imagine that Phantom of the Opera will win this one pretty handily, but personally, I think these are both great songs, definitely in my top 30 Maiden tracks. Remember Tomorrow is a really beautiful song and is kind of different than anything else in the discography, in no small part of because of Di'Anno's vocal approach. Phantom of the Opera, however, is just too good. It's the prototypical Maiden epic and it's really an excellent song that stands the test of time.

I can't really complain about this result.  only things I'd swap would be Iron Maiden last, then Charlotte, and I'd reverse SW and RF.  nice tho.
