I think this is the first round where my average score is the highest of the 3 judges (taking into account that I rate out of 15 and they out of 5 of course). I'm losing my touch.

God dammit, what is this. I get a 13.5, a 4 and a 4.5, which is just three fucking points lower than the maximum that I could get in a round and I'm still falling behind. Screw you guys ~~I'm going home.~~

Actually the 4.5 from Mr. Red was the mistake as he only scored 4. So Scrop is actually a little further behind.

Mine probably would be slightly higher if they were out of 15. Evermind's would have been a 12.5 pushing 13, Sacul's would have been a 12.5, and Nekov's would have been an 11 pushing 11.5. This just ended up being a round where I had several that were on the cusp of two scores and got rounded down.

So I did my first listen for Round 8, and after how strong last round was I was pretty underwhelmed. There's nothing I can see reaching the high moments of last round. Some good moments here and there, but that’s it. There’s potential for growth though, so I guess we'll see how a few more listens change my opinion.

On a slightly related note, we do have a roulette winner for "most hipster song of the roulette" in here. You can guess who sent it

Kind of, but in the last 2 trios 425s rounds were stronger than mine, especially round 5. Let's see what he thinks.

Also, at least 2 songs here I can totally see people sending to me. The other 3 would be more risky, given how I've been grading in this roulette.

Yeah there's no guarantee that the primary judge is going to like it any more...

Seems I've wowed the secondary judges multiple times with songs that didn't do much for the primary. Last round in particular.
