I've done about 8 minutes worth of real, actual work today. I'm struggling hard.

Take a break; you've earned it.

Doesn't feel like a break. I know I just had a weekend, but I feel like I've been hear for two straight days. I spent four and a half hours in meeting rooms before lunch, going over nothing but audit stuff, and now trying to actually produce documentation, my brain won't get into gear.

I have one hour long meeting a week and it's more than enough.  I'm so glad my boss doesn't make me sit in on meetings.  So counter productive for me, plus I have a real hard time sitting still sometimes unless I am really engaged, which I never am in these boring meetings.

I got a puncture a couple of weeks ago. The slime kept the tyre hard for a while - but now the valve is busted so i just bought a new tube.

That's pretty much how I feel. I told my boss to let someone else go to the meeting. We have 65,000 employees. Surely someone else can deal with it.  I became a computer tech so I wouldn't have to deal with people and meetings.  :lol

I'm trying to orient a 3D null object to point towards another object, and the only way I can think of is using a LookAt constraint, which does the job except I don't want the LookAt constraint permanent because it overrides the rotational transform, but I can't find a way to keep the calculated rotation after deleting the constraint even if I try setting a keyframe. Dangit. :blob:

Damn, this is frustrating. It seems so trivial! I tried downloading a couple of scripts that might do the trick, but they're not working for some reason I can't figure out.

Morning folks.

Got a text an hour ago (930am) from the owner of my company asking if I can take a call.

I will respond in an hour with a"yes".

I am an asshole.
I just don't understand what they were trying to achieve with any part of the song, either individually or as a whole. You know what? It's the Platypus of Dream Theater songs. That bill doesn't go with that tail, or that strange little furry body, or those webbed feet, and oh god why does it have venomous spurs!? And then you find out it lays eggs too. The difference is that the Platypus is somehow functional despite being a crazy mishmash or leftover animal pieces

Going to see Disturbed in the first place should've been publicly humiliating enough.

Disturbed just keeps making the same song over and over. It's AC/DC for the new generation.

I was actually considering seeing Disturbed and Breaking Benjamin this summer when they play 5 minutes away from me.  I was going to wait until 5 minutes before the show to nab really cheap lawn seats.... not because I am a fan, but because going to concerts are fun and if its cheap and easy then why not.... but I just found my why not.  I can't support someone who calls out a fan during the concert for using their phone, and then being a dick about it.

Ah yes, forget about them.  Knew there was a 3rd band.  I was more interested in Breaking Benjamin out of the three though.  I don't think I'll go, not worth supporting assholes who are too full of themselvs.  I'm not huge into any of those bands to make it worth it.
