I love my home-made pizza.

Naan bread - then spread ketchup on top. Then sliced cheese ( not processed cheese - sliced cheese ). Then ham then cherry tomatoes and sweetcorn.

Grill on 175c for 20 minutes. Perfect.

Now i'm having warm Rice Pudding for the first time in god knows how many years

I've never had that, I just did some pizza dough (a bit too much salt) and some toppings in the over on a pizza stone.

I don't know what it is but if I have breakfast at say 7 am I'm starving by noon, if I don't have breakfast I could go to around 1pm before I'm starving.

That's because breakfast gets your metabolism going again after not eating during the night when you're sleeping.

Quiet day. Just got back from food shopping. Dealing with temps not showing up at work. I'm making chicken noodle soup for the wife, she's under the weather. Tomorrow Chad and I meet up in a suburb of Boston for food, spirits and of course beer.

There's a one day IDC conference ever mid/late March that I attend - I missed it last year, though made up for it with a different trip to bean-town, and a weekend with the King in Montreal.
