My Budget for the new fiscal year is late so they gave me one today that will change. They need to get these things ironed out before the new year starts. Now I'm doubling my work. Not happy but you've got to do what you've got to do.

That video you linked to was frighteningly stupid, with the commentators "This is history" added to it, it's so wrong that it's not even up to bad's standards. It always looked dumb when I was a kid but has pro wrestling just gone full on parody now?

Up until they changed towards the end of the 1990s, WWF was criticized for the childish gimmicks and silliness, not to mention the wrestling itself was pretty bad anyway. These days it's generally more realistic, with less "characters", and the wrestling is a lot more entertaining (although WWE has been in a rut for a while now). It's also easier to accept now that there's no pretense of it being real, unlike back in the day when wrestlers would have to keep up the act even out of the ring. It's best to think of it like watching live movie fights rather than comparing it to legit fighting.

Man this company we have working for us at the hotel is full of the most incompetent people. The hotel I work at is being sold and during an inspection and they found a 1000 gallon oil tank underground that used to fuel the old furnace that was here. The buyers wanted it to be removed. Ok so we hire a well known company to remove the tank, it sucks because it's our busiest time of year and it's a huge undertaking. While removing the tank they break a few water pipes feeding 5 rooms. They have spent two days trying to fix it and every time they work on it they just make it worse. They have licensed plumbers but I'm at the point where I need my own plumbers out here. It's such a shit show.

Well, I'm just about to head into the field. One of these days they'll listen to me here. I spent the morning digging up the configuration for one of our CSU/DSUs when I told them the circuit itself is bad. No amount of equipment replacements is going to make the circuit suddenly have voltage on it. I should just stop trying and be 50 percenters like everyone else here.

We watched Chopped last night, from this past Tuesday, and it was a battle of truck stop chefs. One guy was from the local place here in Harrisburg and used to be a professional wrestler. He ended up winning, which was pretty cool.
