I have a nice sized office and I am crazy picky about being neat and organized (my brain doesn't function well in chaos) and the other week I moved some things to give myself more room, but still had my laser printer sitting on the left corner of the desk. Grabbed a set of drawers from an unused office and now my entire desk is open.

Was a nice morning so i set off and arrived at the beach to this :





Then the wind decided to pick up dramatically and the sun went away and it started to rain. :(


Crawled home and hat to put my hands in a sink of warm water because they were hurting so much...

Ah well. At least winter is on the way out.

I just don't understand what they were trying to achieve with any part of the song, either individually or as a whole. You know what? It's the Platypus of Dream Theater songs. That bill doesn't go with that tail, or that strange little furry body, or those webbed feet, and oh god why does it have venomous spurs!? And then you find out it lays eggs too. The difference is that the Platypus is somehow functional despite being a crazy mishmash or leftover animal pieces

I arrived at the beach just for a visit and the waves were massive. It looked like a leviathan was surfacing. :|

I couldn't get a picture that did it justice. They were crazy big.

The ride home was awful. The wind just went FUCK YOU. I went via all the back roads so as to avoid the gusts on the main roads.

Rain is fine. I hate wind.

I don't ! We had this convo that a screen would help with the wind. I get pushed to the side more than anything. When the wind is coming towards me - I usually just slow down.

I find it super scary / fascinating when the sea is too high.

I live next to a river slipway and in really high tide - the water comes all the way up the slipway and up on the path alongside the river and floods the supermarket car park :)

Amazing to see.

We live next to a lake and a river and one year, I had one way out to get to work.  The whole town was flooded and I got through at 6 am and my wife did not at 9 am. She turned around and every road was flooded.
