So I'm not a fan of beer...  At all... But I tried Guinness for the first time just a few minutes ago and actual enjoy it.  I think I've stumbled on to something.

I just don't understand what they were trying to achieve with any part of the song, either individually or as a whole. You know what? It's the Platypus of Dream Theater songs. That bill doesn't go with that tail, or that strange little furry body, or those webbed feet, and oh god why does it have venomous spurs!? And then you find out it lays eggs too. The difference is that the Platypus is somehow functional despite being a crazy mishmash or leftover animal pieces

Panda's Dad is a beer snob. I have tried a bunch of the random shit we've gotten him over the years and Never really liked them enough to ever really drink'em again. This on the other hand I can do. I may have to buy a case soon. Haha. It's funny because Guinness is actually Her dad's favourite non craft / specialty beer.

I've been a pretty voracious reader my whole life but mostly fiction. It's only been the past 10 years or so that I've branched out (sporadically) into non-fiction.

I've never been into fiction, always non fiction. Even in primary school, I'd borrow books about computers and programming, and they had to make a rule about borrowing at least 2 fiction books in whatever period of time (might have been half a year?). And I didn't have the internet, so I'd often sit at home reading through our encyclopedias for fun. I loved that shit.
