I deal with a lot of them.

Going to get subs for everybody. Another safe month in the books! Tonight as well for the second shift. and then Friday night for the 4th shift and Monday for the weekend day crew.

46 more days and they get a quarterly safety bonus.

I've been trying to figure out how some folks have animated gifs for avatars but I've never been able to have it work. I finally got one to work and Chad takes a deuce all over it.

Still, I know what you mean. All the people with the same Winger avatar freaks me out.

Better than a kick in the face! I made $120 on Youtube for December. December is the highest paying month per ad because of Christmas, then it tanks after that.

YouTube are . My distributor pay for my views on YT but Youtube won't monetise my video for ad revenue.

As I said it doesn't matter now since nobody watches it anymore.

One day i'll have to sign up for PRS but the £50 sign up fee is a bit much. I doubt i'd make that back in a hurry...

It takes a lot of views to make real money on Youtube, or even make the payment threshold. I've been pretty lucky so far. Hopefully I can get more videos done this year.

Yes, I am. My OCD for certain things is ridiculously obnoxious. My boss, who you would think could type a professional email, has sent me many emails with no punctuation. So it becomes a grammatical Mad Libs to figure out what is supposed to go where. One time I was in such a pissy mood that I wrote him back, "accidentally" hitting "Reply All", and told him if he wants the work done right that he needs to type more clearly or I'll assume a nine year old hacked his email account and sent me the email.

So, yes, I'm not only a prog snob, I'm also a grammar snob.
