Just finished the headlight covers. Going to a dual birthday. My brother's and sister in law's. Ten days apart.

Hey Reap!!! And all DTF friends and Hef...

I was at work til 3pm GMT then I went to my Dads to check the battery I bought for my bike was ok. I arrived as Dad was just finishing up attaching it.

It turned over ! With a bit of help from the choke .

Don't worry Reap - my driving instructor told me not to use the throttle when starting in case it floods the engine. I use it very sparingly. . .

I didn't go out for a drive as the weather is crappy. but at least it goes now.

We checked and I can fit my big padded jacket and my crash helmet in the top box.

Hmmm. I was riding pretty late last year...

Definitely not when there's potentially ice on the road.

I don't *mind* driving in the rain. It's slippery road that would shit me up.

I don't mind if it's cold and sunny. I've done that. i just wrap up warm.

I have been shivering whilst riding though.

EDIT : I searched my username and the word bike on twitter and I may have been riding in January..

I've taken a lot of this month off so I want to save some of my vacation time for the end of the year. I don't really mind coming in the day after really, just takes a little bit of adjustment and I'm right back in the swing of things. Actually I've been on break so long that it feels like I want to get back to my routine.
