nothing wrong with too much booze in your drink  :yarr

Can't disagree with that :lol. As long you have some in store.
But if we use the bigger cart to put them in the corral, then that IS a cart being used as a cart, thus moving around the philosophical dilemma that TAC wasn't sure how to articulate. So the prime mover becomes us, and we become our own gods.

A few beers in already. I went Hill Farmstead Marie (helles lager) -> Hill Farmstead Difference & Repetition (IPA) -> Lawson's Double Sunshine (Double IPA). About to reset my palate with a Bell's Double Cream Stout.

Enjoyed a nice bourbon barrel aged coffee stout (Founders KBS) while opening presents this morning. Will be in hard later with beer, red wine, and probably some liquor at the end of the day.

In. Tequila.

D'aaawwww... so glad to see you, our friend.

I'll be 'in' later this afternoon.  Mrs.jingle fired me up 3 different 'Glen' scotches for Christmas - Moangie, Goyne, and The Livet.  Gotta walk the dogs, then maybe hit the indoor bike, then hit the scotch.
I think Jingle is right as rain

Spent most of the afternoon/evening in drinking beer with friends. On the couch now trying out one of my Christmas presents, Jefferson's Reserve bourbon finished in Groth Cabernet Sauvignon casks. Definitely an intense flavor to this one, I would have guessed it was barrel proof rather than a more standard 90 proof offering. Needed a few drops of water, but once I did that it was really nice.

Tonight's nightcap is some Johnnie Walker 18. Definitely a little more mellow than the Jefferson's from the other night, with a pleasant amount of smoke to it.

I'd drink it...if that was the only ingredients I had in the house too. One must get their drink on!

Otherwise, yeah, no.

I will be in like sin tonight. We're going to a late four course dinner starting at eight o'clock. Cocktail first and then a different glass of wine paired with each course followed by champagne at midnight. I'll definitely be taking an Uber home.
