It's a light, tart beer. It's made to sour to give it a sharp, tart flavor. The more you drink it, the more your taste buds get accustomed to it. It's very refreshing light beer.

The Laird's is still amazing. Damn. So technically, it's now 26 years old. The cork was dried out, so I had to filter it through cheesecloth, but it was worth it.
