New Anglya ?

New Anglais ?

New England ?

Sounds about right if we're going with the theory that the map is based on New York and its surrounding areas. But then New Pavonya would be New Jersey, and I'm not sure what the connection is. "Yorkeland" at least has York in it, and Anglya sounds similar to England.

Rumborak explained the NJ/Pavonia thing in his thread where he (correctly) guessed where this was all going.

We knew about Arabelle anyway, but we didn't know she's the Empress (presumably Nafaryus' wife then). That's a reasonably interesting development. I can make out some of the smaller place names too. Just about. North Point (at the very top), Idlehaven, Wick's Grove. And can we assume that the big body of water to the right is The (Great) North Sea?

A fake track alleging to be Dystopian Overture. The funny thing is that MM commented on the vid saying "this is not us"

He could have added "asshole"

Even more hilarious is the guy that answered to MM's comment by insulting and swearing at him in spanish for no apparent reason.

Because that'll verify your fake shit. The same as " Comments are disabled " so nobody visiting the page can see 10,000 " This is fake " and leave immediately.

Idlehaven = New Haven, by the looks of it

New character: Empress Arabelle, from the Empire

New map piece, too

Weird and wild speculation on the name meaning incoming:

Arabelle = Arabella Figg (Harry Potter) + Belle (Beauty and the Beast).
Half old hag, half beauty.

NUGGETS

People in Tuscany are never going to lure you into their wine cellars and drown you in wine barrels, you know.
Or that’s what they’ll make you think.

I'm calling it: Faythe is the top right, next to Arhys and above Clock Dude*. The bottom two both look male to me, especially the left one.

*Yes. Even when his actual name is revealed, char8 will forever be known as Clock Dude/Guy/Bloke.

How sad is it that I've just spent about 3 days (with many breaks of course) catching up from page 66?

For some reason I think Arabelle will be more evil than Nafaryus himself. She just looks like a... um... a bitch.

Yeah, I don't like her either, while Nafaryus on the other hand *SEEMS* a benevolent dude, you don't get the "Ok, this is obviously the bad guy" vibe from him.
I use my sig to pimp some bands from Italy! Check out Elvenking (Power / Folk metal), Folkstone (Rock / Medieval metal), Arcana Opera (Gothic/Noir/Heavy metal) and the beautiful voice of Elisa!

Yeah, I can agree with it.

It's going to be like:

"Nafy, you ol' basterd, you've gone soft. Show them rebels what you can do! Throw some mo' NOMACS at 'em!"

and Nafaryus will be like:

"Bitch, yo' crazy. I'maout"

What if Gabriel is the bad guy the whole time?
And he's an evil ancestral being (a god) who is brainwashing people from a benevolent empire to make them think that they're being abused by the government?

And at the end he reveals his true intentions of bringing down the emperor and claim the throne for himself, thus starting another tyrannical rule?

Thus, The Astonishing Betrayal

Let's see... the top three revealed characters are all males, while the bottom two are female, so... what if we were deceived all along and Clock Guy is actually Clock Girl!  :omg:

Yeah, I have no idea what the cakeless person in that analogy is meant to be eating. If he's got some sort of cake substitute, it should really have been worked into the narrative at some point. As it stands, the options are:

  • Hoard a cake just to stare blankly into its doughy edifice.
  • Make futile chewing motions with your mouth while starving to death.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think the remaining characters has been hinted to or revealed in any way by the band, including the press already released regarding the new album.

Well, if you don't count Faythe, that is.

"Anglya" is very close to Russian way of saying "England", so there.

Yeah, I've been learning Russian for five years now and Англия was one of the first country names that I have learned.

I'm amazed by what I see coming through from the DT Facebook thread. The song they released actually sounds good but how can they or anyone for that matter with a straight face make these statements about the artwork, story line, included magic death star flying thingamabob, etc? Are they now catering to 9 year olds? Yeah, go ahead and charge me for my extra super duper fan package with a Lord of the Hunger Goblet lightsaber that I can play with while listening to some opera about the evil masonic dwarfs that stole the music or whatever. What a shame and what a loss to what otherwise would be intelligent music.

a fair chance. The music is all I care about.

It has nothing to do with age. I'm 25 years old and I would love to buy all this "useless trash", but I live in Brazil, the land where the government taxes 60% over my damn soul, so yeah.

And now the music is "not intelligent" because of some marketing? Sounds a bit elitist to me.

I'm on the fence. In all fairness, I own and listen to other music where the lyrical content is borderline embarrassing and still like the music. But man, it couldn't just be a song or two (like the Count of Tuscany or the other drivel about "Illuminati") but it had to be a concept album. As if the last attempt at this wasn't cringeworthy enough - you know, the one about the ridiculous scissors movie.

You don't have to be 9 years old to like toys. You've only got to look at the grown men weeping over The Force Awakens and buying BB8 toys to see that nerds of all ages will happily lap this stuff up and will have the toy NOMAC in pride of place in their DT collection. For those who just want the music, you will be able to buy just the music, no one is forcing you to buy the super duper deluxe edition.
