1. Of course it's fake. People who do this are just scamming for views, and the chance of a leak at this point are 0%. It's probably from a video game or something.
2. It's against the forum rules to post leaks anyway, so don't bother posting them, real or fake.

Definitely fake, but I've snipped it anyway to make a point.

EVEN IF IT'S FAKE, DO NOT POST POTENTIAL LEAKS. This is the FINAL WARNING (I'm also going to update this thread's OP with the same point).

From now on, even posting potential leaks will get you at least a week off.

I still think it's 2 songs, 1 on each disc!

Those 17 songs are problaby just like Octavarium/ A Change Of Season/Six Deegres...different parts of the song. "Part V/song 5" could be 1 minute long and "part VIII" 5 minutes etc. 17 full songs on one disc is impossible. So I think we have a "dark side" disc and a "light side" disc...2 songs

Edit: didn't notice the icons behind 3 of the songs...does that indicate it's one song/icon...so it's maybe 3 songs on disc one?

Not discussing the music in that *snip* but the channel only had the 1 video.

I hope that all these tracks are selectable. But yeah it might end up 20 "pieces" with 4 selectable tracks per disc. Making up their normal 8 "songs" overall.

Since they're being listed with numbers, these would have to be the standard CD tracks. It's still possible they make up longer songs that aren't listed, but I don't see why that would be necessary given that it's all part of a whole already.

Yea for some reason it feels better if they'd have these selectable tracks marked by names to indicate different parts of the story, like the Scenes in SFAM.

Yeah, I guess they would've been named with Roman numerals instead of numbers then. Or at least it would've had a different lay out.

That youtube account is the same account that kept posting fakes during the s/t runup. And instead of coming and asking whether something is real or fake, how about you try to run it through shazam or something first? It took me two seconds to find that this is "The Wars Of The Last Wolves" from Rurouni Kenshin.

Don't trust anything you hear on the web. I would've thought people had learned after Crucify. I doubt we'll be hearing anything from the new album before december, and when we do get to hear something, it will be from the official channels first. I don't think anyone will even be able to leak this until december - and the people who will have the album early will (as always) have water marked copies which will be traceable by the record label. Right now, the people who do have access to the album are all under quite strict contracts and NDA's. Nobody wants to risk their job or relationships with the band just to be the first to leak some music.

This:

1. Descent of the Nomacs

I. Dystophian Overture
II. The Gift of Music
III. The Answer
IV. A Better Life
V. Lord Nafaryus
VI. A Savior in the Square
VII. When Your Time Has Come
VIII. Act of Fayte
IX. Three Days

2. The Hovering Sojourn

I. Brother, Can You Hear Me
II. A Life Left Behind
III. Ravenskill
IV. Chosen
V. A Tempting Offer

3. Digital Discord (probably show up some more parts to this song)

Wouldnīt make sense if "Dysthopian Overture" was the 2:nd song, since itīs an overture...

My thoughts also, that would kinda explain the NOMAC symbols, but shouldn't they be part of the songs themselves? As they're part of the tracklisting.

At this point, I think we would all find it weird if the album does not have a normal length instrumental track in the veims of TDOE or Enigma Machine, right? It's a prog epic album afterall...

17 tracks in the first act alone, and a double album. I'd be shocked if there wasn't at least a 5+ minute instrumental track snuck in there somewhere.

Overture 1928 is the second track on SFAM and it's alright.

Which is why I think it will also work perfectly fine here. In context, I think track 1 won't be very musical. I'm imagining maybe some narration, maybe some sound effects to go along with the narration, maybe some synthy droney noises, under a minute long.

Is it just me or is the silhouette of the person in front of the clock more transparent than the others? You can see through it to the background whereas the others are solid black. Maybe we are close to his/her unveiling!

Maybe you already saw it but the links from the page images, characters, map, etc have the same url:

https://www.dreamtheater.net/sites/g/files/g2000003226/f/201511/map.png

Maybe we have to wait until December to see new images? Like characters or other part of the map?

I'm very excited! Let's share a snippet for us!

The Act I track listing reminds me of Rick Wakeman's Return To The Center Of The Earth. It was 22 tracks and every other one was narration. There were a couple of good songs in there, Buried Alive with Ozzy and Never Is A Long Long Time with Trevor Rabin.
