Wow. Huge win for Metropolis as far as the standings go. Breaking All Illusions was a potential Division 1 champion heading into this week. Now there should be some doubts as to if it will make it as far as it did last year. This was the biggest result in the league so far this year.

Unless we get ACOS v Octavarium in the 3 weeks that remain, those two will undoubtedly go 20-0. Still, it's the first time BAI has lost twice in the regular season since 2013. I'm not sure that these results will affect the songs' performance in a straight knockout tournament. Theoretically (albeit very unlikely) the 16th-placed song has as much chance of winning the tournament at the start as the 1st-placed song.

There is no way BAI should be in Div. 3 either. It fully deserves its place among the Immortals.

Division 2: With a 2-win gap between ANTR in 28th (4-15) and Innocence Faded in 29th (2-16-1), and only 1 match left, that means the current bottom 4 are all now confirmed relegated to Division 3.

Considering where they are in the rankings, Lost Not Forgotten beating The Great Debate is quite a shock. TGD hasn't won a match since Week 16.

The bottom of Division 3 is really tight going into the final week. Only POW is a confirmed relegation. Realistically, any song from Repentance to AROP is in danger of joining it.

The regular season has come to an end. But before we jump into the Division Tournaments, it is customary that we hold tournaments for the albums themselves. The order of the tournaments will be in reverse order of highest percentage of songs in Division 1.  These tournaments will have no impact on the Division Standings or Tournaments.

Seeding for these tournaments will be based on seeding in Division I, then Division 2, then Division 3, then the finish of the Outsiders Survivor.

The last of these tournaments will be one that I’m sure you’re all excited to delve into, the first legit P&S game featuring the music from the Astonishing.

We will also have a tournament pitting the albums themselves against each other.

I’ll get the album tournaments started soon, and will also finalize the Division Standings.

I’d like to add that we saw a HUGE turnout for week 1, and as the season wore on, experienced an extreme drop off in votes/interest. A couple of observations, with the regular season done and dusted.

- In Division 3, Never Enough, having finished in the bottom 4 last year and re-promoted through the Outsiders Survivor, just missed out on making the playoffs, which is a great improvement in form for the song.

- There are two songs that were promoted up to a higher division last year (thus competing against more popular songs) that did make the playoffs in their new divisions. As I Am (Div. 2, 11-7-2) and Surrounded (Div. 1, 13-7).

- With The Shattered Fortress tying its last match (maybe not a surprise in a division so full of ties this year), Lifting Shadows is the only song in the entire League to finish with a 0-20 record.
