It's halftime, and generally speaking the songs that were promoted up to a higher division for 2016 are performing as expected (ie. poorly). With the notable exceptions of Surrounded (6-4 in Div. 1) and As I Am (6-4, Div. 2). They have a good base on which to try and push for survival and quite possibly even a place in the top 16. The 5-5 Never Enough is the best performer of the Outsiders Club songs so far. Can it beat the drop this year?

Of the songs that went down to a lower division, Through Her Eyes is having a stinker in Division 3. Just 2 wins to its name, and 7 losses.

So BAI once again loses to Octavarium. If I may make a comparison to tennis, BAI is Andy Murray to Octavarium's Novak Djokovic. Can't seem to get past it. It's come close a few times though. Its day will surely come.

I know it's bottom of the table, but wow. Stream of Consciousness got absolutely trounced by Take the Time in Division 1 this week! Might be the closest we've had to a shutout since the Division format came in.

And it's a tie-fest in Division 2. Three of 'em!

Among the promoted and relegated songs from last year's League, a pattern seems to be emerging where one song from each group of 4 is doing far better than the others. For instance, in Division 1, Surrounded has a 10-5 record, while the other songs (Misunderstood, Endless Sacrifice and Lifting Shadows) have scraped just 4 wins in total between them. And in Division 2, As I Am is 8-5-2, while Shattered Fortress, Lost Not Forgotten and Hollow Years have just 2 wins between them.

Also interesting is Hell's Kitchen's slump in form. It hasn't won a match since Week 8, going from 6-1-1 then to 6-7-2 now.

Wow. Huge win for Metropolis as far as the standings go. Breaking All Illusions was a potential Division 1 champion heading into this week. Now there should be some doubts as to if it will make it as far as it did last year. This was the biggest result in the league so far this year.

Im really happy because BAI lose this battle, imo their most overrated track on DTF, should be on 3rd division imo.

I agree that it's the biggest result so far. Metropolis also beat Learning to Live earlier in the season. Perhaps these wins will mean better positioning to make a legit run at the championship.
