The Walk is out. Damn shame, as it's one of my favourites off the album. I absolutely love the intro and the kind of weird note progression that carries the song.

Holy shit, I respect your opinion, but you're probably right on having to vote it for a while.

people on this board are actual music fans who developed taste in music and not casual listeners who are following current fashion trends and listening to only current commercial hits.

I just never really got the hype. It's a single, they're almost always among the least good tracks on an album, no different here. It's a really good live track though. That main riff was made to jump to.

I won't even disagree, the main riff is what got me into the song, and still really is the highlight for me, nothing else on Icarus Lives is above par.

Holy fuck. I was not expecting this. It's a top three Periphery track for me so I will be pretty mad if it doesn't reach atleast consolations  :lol

icarus lives is the best song on the album  :rollin

a trend you will tend to find: i really don't like the periphery songs dominated by lots of dissonant heavy bits and growling vocals. zyglrox is the only one I can think of that really does that style well, and mainly because it's just so frantic

I'm not overly fond of the first half of Insomnia, but the second half is wonderful.
