The images could be for a good deed or a crime. The OP declared winner gets to post the next image. I'll start.

What were these two dudes in the news for (same event)?

I dunno, I feel like I'm being set up to be labeled a racist or something.  This is exactly what we criticize our cops from doing in the heat of the moment (and with the imminent danger of violence if they're wrong).

I'm going to take the safe road and say "the guy on the left beat the guy on the right in an amateur MMA fight", though that is not my first answer.

SHenanigans?  I engaged in shenanigans in college, and it usually involved beer, and something dumb, like convincing the freshmen to streak across the quad, then locking the door behind them.  Or jamming someone's door with pennies, then blowing talcum powder under the door with a hair dryer.   

I'm guessing that a) molesting a dead horse doesn't qualify as "shenanigans", and b) whatever these two did doesn't qualify as "shenanigans".

Absolutely. One of the tattoo artists down the strip mall has many tattoos on his face (including his eyelids) and he's a complete sweetheart who does more community volunteering/fund raising than any other 100 people I know...combined.

To the OP: They disassembled the neighbors fence and reassembled in the middle of a vacant lot.

This may seem like the most reasonable explanation for it based on what we've speculated, so far, and, I'm adding, they got busted for the act because they forgot to change the license plate number.
