I finally joined the 21st century (insert bad King Crimson joke) and got a smart phone. Yay for me. So now that I have it, I figured I might as well use it, and one of the things I've been trying to research is Tapatalk which, among other things, apparently can be used to read and post on discussion forums.
Reviews of Tapatalk vary widely. Some love it, some hate it, and even the mixed reviews seem to agree that it could be better. Too much crap, older version was leaner and cleaner, etc. Presumably if I get it at all, it'll be the most recent version, the one which more people seem to dislike.
Then there's the issue that it doesn't work with all forums anyway. So the first question would be whether or not it can even be used with DTF. I sure as hell don't want to download an app and wrestle with it for an hour, only to learn that the site I'm trying to get set up isn't using compatible software in the first place.
So what are people's experience with Tapatalk? And does it work with DTF?
