Is there a way I can turn an old ipod touch or ipad into a security camera of sorts? I need to keep an eye on temperature, humidity, etc throughout the day and am trying to figure out a way to monitor it. I was hoping I could maybe just point an old ipod touch or something at the meter and be able to connect to it any time of the day. I'm not looking to do something like a Skype session as that requires me to hit connect on the other end. It'd be great if I could do this without having to buy a security camera, but I'm not opposed to that. It would only have to be one camera and I don't need any recording capabilities. I just need to be able to check on conditions whenever I please.
