Ooohh, another great one:

Fleet Foxes

Just go listen to White Winter Hymnal, and you'll be a fan right away.

Yes!  They put you in a melody and harmony trance.

So wait, we're spelling it wrong and king is spelling it right? What is going on here? :lol -- BlobVanDam

Late 80's early 90's Queensryche had 4 singers, huge harmonies behind Tate.

Flaming Row.  There's more lyrics in these 120 seconds than you get in an 8 minute song sometimes.

This album is filled with vocal and overlapping harmonies.

On a related note: check out the new Seven Steps To The Green Door. Trailer here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?t=6&v=NXpsjRspIfY

Eagles.

/thread.  The Eagles vocal harmonies are second to none.

Um, Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young would like to disagree....

Yeah, I'm with you on that; I like the Eagles, and they belong in this thread, but in a list, they're not even top five, if you are asking me.   CSNY, Queen, The Beatles, Extreme and Yes all answer that bell sooner.  And I might even go with AiC too.

Anything Myles Kennedy puts out, Alter Bridge and World on Fire + Apocalyptic Love in particular.

Probably the biggest MK fan here (I believe his work with Slash eclipses Guns 'n' Roses, and I was there the first time) but I'm scratching my head on this one.  To me, "vocal harmonies" are two or three people, singing complementary lines (not, usually, the same line) simultaneously.   There's little of that on any of the Slash records.   Listen to the intro to "I Would Have Waited Forever" by Yes, or "Because" by the Beatles for an example.

Toto, just listen to the chorus of Africa among others
Must've been Kwyji sending all the wrong songs.   ;D

Thanks for all the recommendations! Now I just need to find time to listen to them all!

I'll add System of a Down. Particularly Hypnotize and Mezmerize. Listening to them now and forgot how much I love these albums, in larger part because of the harmonies.

I know Alter Bridge uses a lot of self-backing vocals where you would hear Myles sing with himself like in AB's Calm the Fire.  Sometimes it works.  Sometimes it gets annoying and some people do not like the self-backing vocal trick, especially when Mark Tremonti is a good enough backup vocalist to fill in the blanks without it being processed, I guess?

Aside from that, the only examples I can think of AB really utilizing vocal harmonies is Come to Life in the chorus, Words Darker Than Their Wings, and maybe Before Tomorrow Comes, especially live (even though people do not want to hear it live anymore, but that's a different topic for another day).

As for Myles with Slash and the Conspirators, I think, in general, can't recall a specific song, but he and, the bassist, Todd Kerns meshes really vocally well and can play off and complement each others' voice well.

Check out the new album from the indie rock duo Girlpool. Two female vocalists who play bass and guitar, the vocal harmonies carry the album, you might enjoy it.

My favorite old school band for harmonies: Styx

My favorite new school band for harmonies: The Lone Bellow
I don't want MP playing with DT unless they were making a drummer change. If they let MM go and bring back MP, then fine, but no guest appearance please.

Alice In Chains.  Their vocal harmonies are weird, but definitely one of my favorite components of their music.

Some additions to this thread:

(Prog) Rock/Metal:
Shadow Gallery. Especially their albums Room V and Tyranny have some great vocal harmonies in them (often chorus focused).

Neal Morse. He has many albums, but there are quite a few songs by him that heavily utilize vocal harmonies (solo/Spocks Beard/Transatlantic)

Power Metal
-Van Canto. Acapella group with a drummer doing metal, so yeah, their whole thing is vocal harmonies. Their albums contain both covers of well known songs and original material.

Ringo Deathstarr uses some harmonies, and their new song is just beautiful.
