Anyone watch this HBO mini series. I've gotten through the first three episodes and I'm loving it. The cast is very solid.

Haven't seen it, but I read the book on which it was based, which was amazing.

I'd love to see the mini series, but never got around to it.
Hef is right on all things. Except for when I disagree with him. In which case he's probably still right.

Ooooo, I didn't even know this was a thing. I'm such a big fan of the book that I'm almost afraid to look it up...if they chose wrong for Abigail (either actress or the way to portray her) it would ruin my memories.

Saw the original airing on HBO and man it is fantastic.  So well done.  Something worth owning.

Nevermind, I looked it up and realize I have watch this, 6 years ago or so, and wasn't really impressed...obviously. I couldn't even recall watching it.  :)

I could just getting CMS though.

I like how the guy who played Ben Franklin in John Adams also played Cornwallis in The Patriot. Talk about opposite ends of the spectrum.

Tom Wilkinson is an amazing actor.

I wrapped up this series last night. What a terribly depressing final episode. I also had no idea that Jefferson and Adams died within hours of each other. What are the odds of that?

Great series.  I have it on DVD, but I had quite forgotten about it.
