I'm trying to stick as closely as I can to the originals because I want them to be recognizable, but they need them at larger sizes, and less dated looking. The problem is it's hard to recreate something or make it larger when you have no idea what it's supposed to be. It's just a jumble of pixels in a 16x16 picture. I'll have to ask for clarification on a lot of these, but I'm sticking to the ones I can figure out for now.

I just don't understand what they were trying to achieve with any part of the song, either individually or as a whole. You know what? It's the Platypus of Dream Theater songs. That bill doesn't go with that tail, or that strange little furry body, or those webbed feet, and oh god why does it have venomous spurs!? And then you find out it lays eggs too. The difference is that the Platypus is somehow functional despite being a crazy mishmash or leftover animal pieces

I went out for a ride tonight. Still not great weather :emo: but at least i'm still riding.

Arm is a bit better. Elbow not so stinging and shoulder is still a bit stiff and aching.

Bike seems to be ok - I adjusted the back brake and will change the oil tomorrow.

Still a bit sad by the whole thing.

Danish Metal. A Russian Imperial Stout mixed with a double IPA
A Strong ale
Another RIS at 12%  Fantastic.
And an awesome IPA that was on the citrus end to it.

Food was killer and of course, Chad's the best.  Lisa had an awesome time.

Looks like, unless something changes, we're gonna be at the La Quinta in Somerville while we're in Boston.  The hotel is right around the corner from a place I played once (that's, sadly, no longer there), Good Times Emporium.  Basically like an adult Chuck E. Cheese, but kids were welcome also.
