I enjoy ST09, and have watched it several times, but the story had a lot of major issues, the kinds of things I expect from mindless modern action movies, but not from what should be intelligent scifi. I can watch it and enjoy it though. It's easily a step above Into Darkness, which I still haven't managed to finish rewatching yet.

Maybe it was just where I was living at the time, combined with the amount of time I spent outside. I was riding a bike and I remember feeling cold with a sweater, gloves, and a beanie.

The time I'm outside is afternoon when it's as warm as it will get for the day in Winter, and often still sunny. The other day it was 3C (37F) at around 9am when other people in my family were out, which I certainly wouldn't want to be out in.

Howdy all.

Hey Reap ! Bought a new chain for my bike but after we CUT the old one off - we realised the new chain was one link too long

So we had to hammer out a link ourselves and use a split link from the old chain. Hope it holds !

Just drove home from my Dads and it held up so we'll see.

Watched some of the Isle Of Man TT racing at Dad's.

Holy Crap they go fast . 140 miles in just over an hour.

That's like 35 miles in 15 mins. Or roughly 12 miles every 5 mins.

I wuss out when I get up to 70 miles an hour and back off. But they're doing like double that the whole time.
