Insomnia struck again. I've been awake since 3:00 am and now that it's time to shower for work, I'm sleepy enough to return to bed.

I've had nights like that Podaar.  I'm awake all night and then I finally start falling asleep 15 minutes before I have to wake up.

Sounds like me.  After years of working late I'm firing on all cylinders at midnight , generally go to bed around 1am-2am (or later) , stay awake until around 5.30am ,nod off and the little bloke comes down to wake us up at 6am     I might get an hour or two after that if I'm lucky.  Then I hit a massive wall around 4-5pm and the second wind kicks in around 11pm .

Working the midnight shift recently screwed up my sleep cycle. Now that I'm back on days it's taking a while to get used to.

A food so bad, it requires strict instructions to even make it edible. I love that 95% of video on Youtube about Vegemite, also have the word "challenge" in the title, and I've literally only seen one video where someone actually liked it at all.
