I don't even agree with that. Yes, it's easily the least bad, but I still wouldn't call it a decent movie.
I found it so incredibly boring, and it just felt like it was going through the motions to connect A to B, or in this case ep 2 to ep 4. The last half hour of the movie was just obvious shit that didn't need to be spelled out, and wasn't a good ending to the movie. The whole thing felt phoned in to me, with the entire thing being made up of necessary and obvious scenes and nothing more. They boxed themselves into an uninteresting and predictable movie.
