Aside from being tired as fuck... This has been a great day. Up at 3am. Drove to and from LAX. Took an hour nap. Coworker picked me up and went to meeting. It was very positive. Like... I was afraid it was going to be an ass chewing meeting but it was quite the opposite. There are some issues we, as supervisors, need to work on with our team... but I was told that I am a core part of the management in the county and when the company starts expanding into the area more (we are the only account within 50 miles), I will be moving up. Fuck yea.

Our biggest issue right now is finding someone to take lead for the night shifts. There's really no one to promote up and hiring for it is not really a doable option. One we get that void filled, it should be smooth sailing.

Tonight sucked. We lost 3/4 possible points. Normally I wouldn't care but we there was a three way tie for 4th place between my team, the team we were bowling, and another team. And on top of that, 3rd place was 1 point away from us. If we would have played our cards right we could have bumped up in to 3rd. Now we are probably in 5th.  The season is coming to an end very soon. I think we might have just lost our chance at placing.

Funny enough, I established at a 165 in this league... but wasn't able to maintain it. 155 is my true average now.
